"The Event Partnership provided an excellent service for the Deloitte Ignite Festival at the Royal Opera House. They spent a significant amount of time in planning the security cover for the event with the festival producer and took the time to visit the site in advance to really understand the event and what was going to happen. The supervisor Garry was extremely professional and helpful over the course of the event delivery and ran his team with great efficiency. There wasn’t any doubt that what we had asked for would not be provided and the team went above and beyond in some cases to help out when needed. The security team were very well presented and had the right friendly and helpful attitude towards the audiences at the event, they realised they were also there to be ambassadors for the festival as well as security staff.
