Management and Planning
Our management team are qualified to NVQ 4 or 3 in spectator safety. They will work with you to review, assess you stewarding needs and put a plan together to ensure the enjoyment and safety of your visitors to your event..

Safety Stewards
The team are chosen for their customer service skills and are helpful, friendly points of contact around the show. They are qualified to the NVQ2 standard in spectator safety.

Fire Training
Throughout the year our teams attend Dunsfold Aerodrome for the 1st Defense Fire and Rescue Services ltd courses in Basic Fire Safety and use of Fire Extinguishers..

Our teams attend the St John Ambulance First Aid Courses and all our managers and senior team member are qualified to the HSE First Aid at Work certificate.

Front of House & Visitor Management Stewards
Our personnel are managed by our FOH Manager and they role is be the customer facing staff for your event. Meet, greet and welcome your visitor to your event, check their tickets, direct them and be the ‘point of contact’ for all. Your ‘Ask Me’ team.
